Service Description

Join us for a guided walk along the Hock-hocking Adena Bikeway in search of new life emerging. Participants will be led to a series of vernal pools that are the host site for various amphibian's nesting habitat. The ephemeral pools create a frenzy of activity that we will have the chance to explore with lead naturalist, Joe Brehm. Learning about the species and their roles in both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems will leave participants with a deeper understanding and appreciation for the complexity of our Appalachian forest.
